Business Continuity Arrangements
We will only carry out electrical work in business premises and people’s homes where the work is defined as Critical or Essential Maintenance or Repair.
It is important we ensure that Public Health guidelines are adhered, including maintaining a two-metre distance from any business or household occupants. This is to ensure everyone’s safety.
No work work will be carried out in any household which is isolating or where an individual is being shielded, unless it is to remedy a direct risk to the safety of the household.
Work will only be carried out where the engineer is willing to do so. No work work will be carried out where our imposed control measures cannot be satisfied,
Work will only be carried out provided that the engineer is well and has no symptoms.
No work will be carried in any household where the occupants has coronavirus symptoms, however mild.
